Leadership 202 - 8 hours (POST approved)

Leadership 202 will highlight internal conflict, problem employees, coaching, and accountability to name a few.
This value packed training includes classroom exercises, demonstrations, and peer to peer discussion. 

Who should attend?
This POST approved training is targeted for all levels of supervision and management, formal or informal, commissioned and civilian.


CTO - Telecommunicator - 16 hours (POST approved)

CTO Train the Trainer is designed to equip experienced public safety dispatch professionals with the skills and knowledge required to become effective trainers. It covers critical topics such as roles & responsibilities, liability, training techniques, leadership, evaluation         procedures, how to document performance, counseling methods, and remediation.

Who should attend?
This POST approved training is designed for current public safety dispatch trainers who have never attended a certified training or could benefit from a refresher training. This training is also for future trainers who could benefit from the informal leadership and skillset training.

Mental Health First Aid - 8 hours

Mental Health First Aid is an early intervention public education program. It teaches adults how to recognize the signs and symptoms that suggest a  potential mental health challenge, how to listen nonjudgmentally, and give reassurance to a person who may be experiencing a mental health challenge, and how to refer a person to appropriate professional support and services.

Who should attend?
All levels of law enforcement from entry level to the Chief of Police, commissioned (sworn) and civilian (non-sworn). Any member of a law enforcement agency who is subjected to interactions with the public, in person or over the phone.
